Impossible to take part in the week-long spread of January tradeshows without its 2012 staple event of the year, Food+Design. The 4th edition of Paris des Chefs is setting up shop at the Maison de la Mutualité from 22nd through 24th January, and is pleased to host its ultra-prestigious sponsor, the most revered chef in France: Alain Ducasse.

According to the Chef, “…amongst the location, space, decoration, tableware, dishes served and wines recommended, a restaurant’s harmony should give guests a feeling of shared happiness. It is precisely this combination of food and design that puts Paris des Chefs in a league of its own. The highly-esteemed chef/designer duos represent just as many tributes, praising the intelligence and talent embedded in each of our handmade creations.”

Organised by SAFI as part of the international MAISON&OBJET trade show, PARIS DES CHEFS aims at showcasing the emerging gateways between the art of cookery and the various fields of creation. Duos from the world over will demonstrate their talent live before the public.
